  I had three to four appointments booked for the Epsom Clinic and got a phone call asking to reschedule as the staff member (Chloe Younge) was booked in with someone else, (picking and choosing customers is not a way to make your customers feel special)
  
  Then a week later I get another call to reschedule because the person I was booked will need a lunch break after an earlier appointment and any hours after are all booked...
  
  Extremely poor experience and service - clearly, the business is not looking for new customers, as the woman on the phone sounded hurried and quite keen to get off the phone without even proposing a different date she said '' you can call us for another time but she will need a lunch break so that day isn't available ANYMORE'' - what a lack of organisation and how extremely rude.
  
  There is no complaints or feedback forms online, I wondered if this is Epsom Skin Clinic's normal or acceptable way of operating as it is extremely disappointing and unwelcoming.
  
  From my experience I would not and have not recommended Epsom Skin Clinic to friends, colleagues, family or anyone who has been asking me about my undergoing skin treatments.
  
  If you are looking for value for money and genuinely professional service, hassle free! Go elsewhere! Whether for as little as a mini facial or a proper treatment. I would not call up for an appointment - no chance.
